VISION
Highland Literacy Project
Many schools across the Highlands are currently implementing the Highland Literacy Project.
One component of the Highland Literacy Project is for students to have the opportunity to read good quality novels as part of their core reading. Schools can purchase sets of novels or individual novels from Highland Children’s Books at a discounted rate. This is usually 20% off the recommended retail price but may vary subject to availability.
Schools should keep in mind that books come and go from print. While the Highland Literacy Project suggested booklist tries to keep up to date, some books may be no longer available .
